The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust provides health and social care services across local districts including Ards, North Down, Down and Lisburn.
The Trust provides several Supported Living and Residential schemes to support individuals with lifelong learning disabilities. Our award-winning team devise support plans tailored to individual needs to identify both short- and long-term patient goals.
We are hosting a Supported Living and Residential Recruitment Open Day on Saturday, 5th August at Mountview Adult Resource Centre, Flying Horse Road, Downpatrick BT30 6QP from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
We are currently recruiting for:
Attendees are required to bring the following documentation with them on the day:
Full Driving Licence (card and counterpart)
Valid Passport and/or full birth certificate and proof of NI number (P45, P60, HMRC letter)
Proof of address (paper bank statement or utility bill, dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of NISCC registration
Photo ID
